A 3km de Pavilly, 7 km du centre commercial de Barentin, sur l' axe Rouen 20mn, Dieppe 35mn; Amiens, le Havre A29 Le Parking est privé, fermé par un portail. A toute saison la vue est superbe

Les alentours disposent d'une piscine, d'une voie verte ainsi que des chemins de randonnée. Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat).
