We only stayed one night because we were only passing through but we could have spent many more as the welcome was friendly, the accommodation was peaceful and the attention to detail. Everything was also perfect for our 9-month-old daughter! Go without a second thought, you'll be delighted!!

Stéphanie is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house is very well maintained with a very nice decoration . You will find everything you need for a great stay and I had forgotten homemade brioche and jam. I highly recommend it if you have to stay near Auxerre.

We spent 2 nights in this very nice and very well located little accommodation for visiting Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Moret-sur-Loing... The exchanges with Samantha were via messages and went very well. We were self-sufficient in our arrival and departure, which suited us perfectly. We recommend this property.

This stay in this large warm house, very well equipped for a large family and for all ages, was an enchantment for my whole family. The large park has been quite suitable for Easter egg hunting. I appreciated the welcome by a person from the village (and not a code to do on a box) who was responsive when we had a small problem with batteries. And actually we felt "at home" there. This is truly an address to keep and share.

I had a wonderful weekend for my 30th birthday at Anne Sophie's! The house is spacious, tastefully decorated and well stocked. We had space for 18 people without stepping on it, very nice place to stay.

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

Very nice cottage in which you feel at home. The pool and the fenced grounds are real assets.Ludivine is responsive when asked, taking care to welcome us. Finally, the board games made available by the fireplace made our stay perfect despite the dreary weather

Great weekend in a really exotic and peaceful setting! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, well decorated and above all very functional with quality equipment: the BBQ and dishwasher were particularly appreciated for our group of 8. The view from the garden is beautiful, a real plus to relax. A few things to note: there was some dust in some corners of the house and the oven wasn't very clean. The common areas were ok. Regarding the pool, even if the weather probably would not have allowed us to use it, it would have been helpful to specify in the listing that it was not available at this time of year. Finally, the configuration of the toilet built into the bathroom made it a little complicated for a group of 8. Despite these few comments, we had a great stay and really enjoyed this place where you feel cut off from the world without missing anything.

The pool is very nice and heated and there are plenty of amenities to do activities in: ping pong, badminton, foosball, board games, etc. Anne and her husband are absolutely adorable and attentive. We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

We were looking for a quiet place and in the countryside for a family moment. We found it😊. We appreciated the greenery that surrounded us and the amenities. Esseline was flexible on the arrival time and we thank her for that. Even if it's in the photo, the stairs are steep and you have to be careful 😊

No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

We were only passing through for 1 night in the cottage but enjoyed the calm and the welcome that Catherine and Philippe gave us despite this short stay. The cottage is as described, with its 3 beds located in the same room, possibility of having breakfast at an additional cost but it was worth it: very good and hearty. Thanks Catherine and Philippe!

We had a wonderful stay at the Moulin du Foulon! The outdoor setting is simply beautiful: a true haven of peace in nature, with the authentic charm of an old mill. The house has a lot of character and the style is really unique, which gives the stay a very pleasant and exotic atmosphere. In short, a beautiful property to recharge your batteries, with exceptional potential!
