Winegrower's house, a true haven of peace, located in the charming village of Villeneuve Minervois where you will find all amenities. Very bright and comfortable, it consists of: ground floor garage, cellar, small garden. On the 1st floor, equipped kitchen in living room, large living room (with sofa bed), bathroom with toilet, large double bedroom with 160 cm bed plus bunk beds for children. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with single bed, bathroom with toilet.

If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Come and discover the old Plô du Roy mill dating from 1484 that we have completely renovated. Our charming village of Villeneuve-Minervois is ideally located, at the foot of the Black Mountain and only 20 minutes from Carcassonne. During certain periods, you will have the opportunity to admire the splendid Clamoux waterfall that borders the mill. Great for recharging your batteries with family or friends. Nelly's Studio

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.
