The place is a few meters from the beach, cozy, quiet and well equipped. Both the bed and the sofa are very comfortable so the quality of sleep is great. Rudy is a kind and caring innkeeper.

Michael and Pierre are very welcoming, responsive, available and warm hosts. Their accommodation is located in a quiet, beautiful setting, with a superb view of the sea and igea marina, the pool. It is new, furnished with great taste and impeccable cleanliness. Everything is quality. We can see that they have paid a lot of attention to the well-being and comfort of the travellers and are very attentive to them. I recommend it without hesitation and can't wait to come back. I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment I booked, the host went above and beyond with excellent communication—quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail was clear and thoughtfully handled, which made the whole experience seamless. The apartment itself was in perfect condition—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better!). It had everything I needed and more, with great facilities that made it feel like a real home away from home. The location was another highlight. The community was incredibly safe, peaceful, and friendly, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made me feel instantly comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch place to stay.

Kevin is a super friendly host, easy going. The communication was smooth and easy. We liked the apartment a lot, it’s spacious, has a big kitchen and nice dining area. Two showers is a plus! There are many restaurants and a bakery just downstairs, so it’s very convenient for eating out. You do need to climb 2 floors to get to the apartment though (no elevator).

Great week in the marina. Beach has shade in the afternoon. That's how it works there without an umbrella. Booking the cool underground parking was a very good option. Should be used.

The accommodation is very well located, quiet and impeccably clean. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. The garage is a real plus for parking the car. From the accommodation, the train station is a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to visit the surroundings without taking the car, up to the Vintimille market in Italy. Farid's welcome is great, with suggestions in the area. Anyway, we will gladly go back.
