On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

For people who would like to come with a child under 2 years old (classified as a baby on Airbnb) there is no space for a baby bed so we prefer not to thank you
