Le gîte se situe en plein cœur du vignoble, à 4 km de la bastide de Sainte-Foy-la-Grande construite au 13ème siècle sur les rives de la Dordogne, permettant baignades et activités nautiques; et à seulement 15 minutes de Duras et son château médiéval classé monument historique.

Historic walls surrounding a half acre of beautiful floodlit gardens. Two covered dining terraces for entertainment and dining. The Grand Terrace, 80m2 under the sail, and the lunch terrace under tiled roof. The Roman ended 10 x 5 swimming pool has sun beds and further table and chair seating. The 3 bed, 3 bath house enjoys large exposed beams, double height ceilings, Smeg appliances, and thick walls to keep the space beautifully cool during the hot summer months.

Aux Jameleaux: family holiday home with pool

This holiday home was renovated in 2017/18. We plan to develop the property and grounds further over time, but are thrilled with our "home from home." It offers privacy, peace and tranquility, beautiful scenery, greenery and is situated in an area with plenty of sunshine and good weather for the swimming pool to be enjoyed. The historical town of Duras is within 10 minutes drive from the house and the beautiful city of Bergerac is a 30 minute drive away.

Guest house with charm "Le clos d'Emilion"

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

A place to relax in peace, surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and an organic farm. Shared garden of 20,000 m², with furniture and barbecue. The kitchen has everything you need. Children's play equipment, foosball and various games can be made available to you for an extra charge upon reservation. The place is great for nature lovers. Started in Normandy, the gîte and bed and breakfast activity of the Manoir du Picaud will see the light of day in 2022 after a lot of interior work, choosing this area that has been dormant for a few years to best receive my guests in this magnificent region.  To preserve the calm and serenity of this exceptional site, the manor is located on the plateau extending Monbazillac, above Bergerac.
