Located in the hilly vineyards of the first coasts, the house is located 15 minutes from Bordeaux. Combining comfort and nearby amenities, the villa is located on a 1900 m2 plot with a 180 m2 terrace and heated swimming pool (10x5) in season. The garden is quiet; lined with beautiful oaks, they allow you to bask in the shade, always by the pool.

In the heart of the Chartrons, just a few minutes walk from the docks and the public garden, this cocoon of more than 100m2 can accommodate up to 6 people. With two spacious bedrooms (1 x 2x2m bed in one and a queen size bed in the other), two bathrooms, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with sports equipment and even a patio, there is really everything to feel at home. And the lively neighborhood is full of delicious typical Bordeaux restaurants.

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
