Private room with full autonomy

The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. The room is to be left clean (or €10 cleaning fee)

The studio is located in a private mansion 30 meters from Place Nationale and just 300 meters from the MIB. In a small pedestrian street, it enjoys an exceptional location. Although in the heart of La Cité d'Ingres, it offers you a peaceful cocoon, full of art and history. Briquettes, a ceiling height of 4 m, a covered terrace gives it a lot of charm. The studio overlooks the listed inner courtyard and has a total area of 50 m2 including 9 m2 of terrace.
