Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Nested in a closed place, far from prying eyes, our villas are very near the market, shops and the very busy port of La Flotte. One of the most beautiful villages in France. On foot or by bike, everything is accessible in 5 minutes. Leave your car on the car park and enjoy biking in the pretty and flowered back streets of La Flotte.
