We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

Albigny, proche plage avec parking

L'appartement, entièrement rénové, est au 4ème étage. Il possède une chambre indépendante et 2 balcons donnant sur un grand parc classé. Vous serez à 500m de la plage d'Albigny et proche de tous les petits commerces du quartier du même nom. Pour votre information le logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite il est non fumeur et les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. Le parking proposé se trouve en bas de l'immeuble, il s'agit d'un parking de copropriété extérieur à placement libre.

T2 41m2-Joli petit nid douillet-Villaz-Annecy

Ressourcez vous dans ce magnifique T2 avec sa superbe terrasse de 15m2 face aux falaises emblématiques du Parmelan! Vous profiterez de tous les commerces à quelques minutes à pied: Boulangerie, Carrefour express, boucherie, fromagerie, pharmacie, fleuriste. Ce T2 plein sud sans ascenseur est au deuxième étage d’une résidence avec une grande terrasse aménagée pour déguster un repas ou se reposer face au Parmelan. Vous vous situez à: 15 mn du Lac d’Annecy 30mn de La Clusaz 30 mn de Genève.

Traditional wooden chalet in the mountains with magnificent views ideal for couples looking for a quiet break close to nature. Marked hiking trails are on offer from the door. The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Chalet avec vue et jardin

Chalet de 42 m² très paisible situé au milieu des montagnes idéal pour la détente. Péage Annecy nord à 15 mn. Vous profitez des stations de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand à 20 km, du lac d'Annecy à 9 km, de Thônes avec son marché à 9 km. Randonnée en montagne, promenades et VTT sur place. Aire de jeux, city stade à 1 km (Bcp+ dans mon guide de voyage ci-dessous). Cuisine induction, lave vaisselle, prise VE, jardin équipé, abris, transat. Arrivée à 16h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.

Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes. Sleeps 2 people
