The accommodation is very well located for exploring the area, both quiet, functional and impeccably clean. Guillaume is a friendly, welcoming and very pleasant host, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

This apartment is very beautiful and relaxing. It has such a stunning view of the lake. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. We were very pleased staying here.

Very nice cozy apartment. The apartment is well furnished. The large beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean. In the fridge there was a bottle of water for us, which was very great in the heat. Coffee capsules are also available. We stayed here for the 2nd time. You can reach the city centre in 5 minutes on foot and the lake in 10 minutes. If you like to sleep with the window open, you should know that it is a little louder, but not all night. Because it was so hot, we also had standing fans available, so that you can sleep with the window closed. The communication and personal key handover went perfectly this time as well.

Thanks to Jérôme and Margaret. The instructions were clear and we were able to easily find the accommodation. The latter was peaceful, functional and close to everything, including the lake. Having a place is a significant advantage in terms of location (city centre). We recommend it without a second thought!

The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. Great communication with the lovely hosts, it was just perfect. We would love to come back. Couldn’t recommend more. Thank you so very much.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
