Monthly Rentals in Villapresente

We had a very pleasant stay at Maria's place. That's a small but functional apartment. A bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room, but when the goal is to spend the day getting to know Cantabria, there are no problems with the space. We only need a more comfortable and larger bed (it was 1.35 and for two people it is very tight). With Maria, it was a little difficult to contact her at first, but she helped us with the reservation, which gave us problems, and during our stay she made sure that everything was fine and even brought us a couple of gifts during those days, which we really appreciate. The area is residential and very quiet, in the lower part of a villa. And very well located, in 3 minutes you are on the highway to move around Cantabria. We would definitely stay here again.

Neat apartment with 3 bedrooms and a small garden. Fully equipped. Diego is really friendly and helpful.

lovely views from a well equipped apartment interesting small shower room easy parking do not copy Airbnb address as does not take you there use get directions and maps. Carmen (Eva's) mum really nice. gate around on the other side of property from drive gate, buzzer on gatepost bed a hard but ok village restaurants very good loads to do in the area, so a week there ok (we only did 3 x nights)

Raquel and her accommodation is all the good you can expect from a visit to Cantabria. Friendly, charming, pleasant, attentive, attentive to anything you need, every little detail is taken into account. We hope to repeat soon because we couldn't have been more comfortable.
