Casa Francesca is a beautiful farmhouse from the early 1900s surrounded by a private park, perfect for those looking for tranquility and contact with nature. The farmhouse is a beautiful independent open space of over 60 sqm with a kitchenette, a living room with a fireplace and stove, a large bedroom and a bathroom. In the garden, the barbecue area with gazebo is available for grilling and relaxing in the greenery. There is no shortage of the vegetable garden with fruit trees and chickens to taste the flavor of country life.

The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. The hallway leads to the spacious bedroom (with 40" smart TV) and the bathroom (equipped with a hairdryer and washer-dryer). Very central!

The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure. The accommodation tax will be collected in cash at check-out, amounting to 3 euros/person/day for a maximum of 5 days.

Time slows down at Casa Margherita. This is the ideal location to relax and detox from the day to day stress. You can enjoy long bike rides on one of the longest cycling lane in Italy (bikes are provided at the house), visit several historical places (see guidebook), travel to Delta Po or spent a day at the spa in Colli Euganei or simply relax watching a movie in the big double sofas in front of the fireplace. The house is surrounded by fields but easily accessible and close to all amenities.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

An entire apartment of 70 mq² with a Venetian style decor, in a private Palazzo from 1500 with beautiful high ceilings . Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen has a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer. The apartment is situated in a quiet street but only 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The entire apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least, the apartment has WIFI.

You can live in an ancient cave house built by stone quarrymen and renovated respecting the historical features but with all modern comforts. The environment you will find will be unique, enveloping, so you can immerse yourself in an oasis of serenity and tranquility.
