Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Villajoyosa

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

A big thank you! Our holidays couldn't have been better, the accommodation was really great, very clean, the pool was a big asset. The tram two steps away was really convenient for getting around both Alicante and Benidorm. We recommend it!

Perfect Villa and location.

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a quiet part of town. The apartment is exactly as described and the view from the balcony is absolutely perfect. The location was perfect for us too, we wanted to be able to go on a night out but did not want to be surrounded by hen dos and stag dos so Xabier’s place was perfect. Had the best time chilling on the balcony or on the beach. A few lovely little restaurants nearby but also a short bus or taxi ride to more choices in town. The garage was an added bonus to park the car on busy days (there is parking outside but it gets busy at the weekend) Finally, Xabier was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly around checking out time. This was really kind of him and meant our last day was perfect!

The apartment has very nice views, the kitchen is very well equipped (only washing machine is missing) We slept comfortably all 4, but it would be better if one of the rooms had 2 beds of 1 square rather than a wedding one. Anyway we would come back as we felt right at home and we loved Villajoyosa

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

An absolute pleasure, both the place and the host, always super attentive to us. Seeing the sea while cooking or sleeping while listening to the sea is the dream we have every holiday and here we achieve it. Also, being able to bring our dog is a super plus. Thank you for letting us enjoy a holiday with the whole family! A real pleasure, we'll be back! :)

We stayed 4 days, and we felt at home, very peaceful, everything was sparkling, everything was as in the photographs, the arrival was very pleasant and familiar, the treatment was great, and if we needed anything we were well attended, we will repeat the experience!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who welcomed my group and me, super good, friendly people and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Finally, it is great, it deserves a 1000 out of 10

The apartment is great, just as described. With all the comforts and completely tidy and clean. It is located on the periphery, 5 min by car from the center of Villajoyosa and the village is very nice. Hosts are very friendly and responsive, answered all our questions super quick. Totally recommended

Amazing location, I can't believe there are still places like this on the Mediterranean. It's a true oasis of peace. We woke up to the birds singing and put up listening to the sound of the waves. It was possible to forget that the apartment was in an apartment building, there were few people by the pool, and we were practically alone on the beach. We had a great time sunbathing on a practical day. We took trips to the mountains of the area, we also visited the surrounding towns on the coast. We really enjoyed the apartment and the hosts were very helpful. We will definitely return to this place.

Our first time booking with Airbnb & Jorge was exceptional. Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean & in a lovely location. Went above & beyond to accommodate our date change due to original flights being cancelled, fantastic communication from start to end. Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the water. Very close to lots of restaurants and right on the beach. Ana was very responsive, helped us check in easily. We had to park in the gravel car park which is a few minutes walk away. Not a major issue but a bit tricky with luggage or shopping. Would stay again 😊

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

Bert's apartment is perfect, my partner and I stayed to rest, the urbanization is very quiet, has very good views, very comfortable furniture, and the apartment is fully equipped, from table toys to incredible binoculars with which we saw the sea and the mountains perfectly. The only bad spots that would put it are, the shortage of shops nearby and the distance to the center. Something that we both agreed, is that in person the apartment is much better than in the photos, and we hope to return soon!
