House holiday rentals in Villa Sant'Andrea

We loved our stay at Ca' Milone very much. We were there for just over two weeks and enjoyed swimming and lying on the sunbeds if we stayed at the house for a day. We had nice contact with Francesca and Paolo who could tell us all about restaurants and activities nearby. Both speak good English, which is very convenient. Paolo likes to talk about the history of the estate and his passion for flying. The bakery and the supermarket were less than 10 minutes by car, also a plus for us. If you come to stay, provide a bottle of Deet, or pick up from the drugstore Autan to keep the mosquitoes at bay!

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for lingering, invites you to explore, and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! This positive impression is rounded off by the host: Helmuth is very helpful and courteous, generous and has very good tips, happy to help with the restaurant choice, knows beautiful (hiking)paths and, and, and … Thank you for the wonderful days, we really enjoyed being a guest! My friend and I liked this accommodation very much. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. The balcony had a fantastically beautiful view, where we enjoyed breakfast. The place was very clean. We felt very comfortable and will definitely book this accommodation again.

Amazing location. Such pretty views! And the best part is the wellness centre and pool.

Great service and a great place to hke around Merano

The house is beautiful. Good location for catching the train to Venice, Treviso, Padua and Verona. The bakery is a 2 minute walk and the supermarket is a 10 minute walk. Tanya and Igor were very helpful and we loved sitting outside on the verandah. Thank you very much Christine

The house is modern, furnished to a high standard and ideally located for excursions in the region – e.g. to Venice or Treviso. We especially liked the pool and the beautiful surroundings. Luisa's tips were also great and helped us a lot. We were there with two ten-year-old children. For families in a similar constellation, it is good to know that the extra bed is in the living room, where the air conditioning/ventilation is audible at night. The nearby park is also home to chickens, including a rooster and a peacock, and provides natural sounds in the morning – that's just part of it. The many advantages clearly outweighed the disadvantages for us - we would come back at any time!

We spent a fantastic week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as it is promised in the pictures. The magnificent balcony and the whirlpool in particular gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there very much. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

Good location a 10/15 minute walk from downtown, large house with two bathrooms and everything you need to cook! Francy was very kind and helpful in welcoming us!

The house matches the photos, very hospitable and comfortable. Hosts are very friendly people and ready to help. In the house we found everything we needed, which doesn't happen often. From detergents, to kitchen essentials such as oil, salt, sugar and coffee, but also detergents and towels in quantity. Great experience

Place was absolutely stunning from the brand new kitchen to the wood back lit vaulted ceilings to the stunning views and the incredible location. Easy access was a bonus and the host was very responsive to all my stupid questions.

The most amazing place we have ever stayed, we cannot recommend Felix and Sabine's place anymore. We stayed here for a few days as we did different hikes in the Dolomites and was a perfect base. Within walking distance of bars and restaurants in Brixen. The house (and hottub) is fantastic, the kitchen was fully stocked and we felt like we were at home. We will be back!

We stayed with my wife and toddler for 6 days. Loved the piece and quiet there. The view is just breathtaking, so it’s worth all the way up and downs. The place had everything and it was so clean, we really felt like home during our stay. The only thing we missed was a chair for the kid. Really recommend this place!

Clelia and Rose Garden are FABULOUS! We felt right at home. The apartment is super equipped, we are used to taking towels etc. with us. Everything you need was really here. Even my son, who always likes to complain, said "it's a beautiful house" :) we look forward to our next time, we will definitely come back!

The studio apartment is equipped with everything. The space is very comfortable for one person, even for two I think you can stay comfortably. Convenient parking and access. I stayed for 13 days for work. Highly recommended. I hope to come back.

Stay in Monica's apartment in Treviso was outstanding. Traveling with my elder father. Although we didn’t even expect breakfast to be included, she contacted us in advance about providing us with local food. After checking allergies/preferences (my father won’t eat mammals or sweets and likes to make eggs and veggies every morning), we were greeted with fresh organic tomatoes and fresh picked courgettes and squash with blossoms still on them all grown by the host, local bread, smoked swordfish slices, eggs, beer, talisker whiskey, peaches, apricots and more. Extensive local food recommendations, convenient parking at the apartment, beautiful space with everything we could want right across the street from the old city. And so welcoming and helpful after a very rough travel day before we got here. Immediately felt at home, well fed and well guided by a local. She let us park past check in and sent us on our way with additional food as gifts. Can’t recommend more highly.

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

The house is even more beautiful than the photos , cared for in every detail , the plus is the sauna with relaxation area overlooking the mountains . Nothing is missing to spend a few days relaxing and in the middle of nature . Ferruccio is friendly and ready to meet every minimum need . There are plenty of trails to explore nearby. Experience to repeat .

We used the house for 5 adults to see the Dolomites. The house was comfortable and clean. Sara made a recommendation on a hike from the house that was nice. Note for non locals, the small grocery stores are not open on Thursday afternoons.
