The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine with assorted capsules to start your day with energy. The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort.

Small ground-floor apartment in an 1850s Tuscan farmhouse, in the centre of the village. The entrance hall is shared with our accommodation on the 1st floor. It has a kitchenette, a French double bed, a dining room, a private bathroom. 600sqm garden with pool available to guests, shower, relaxation areas, lunch, barbecue. Strategically located between Livorno, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Bolgheri. The town offers cafés, pizzerias, restaurants, a pharmacy, a grocery store, a bank and a post office.
