Just a short distance from Tuscany's art cities and the sea, we are located in an area of great interest for its flora and wildlife, surrounded by historic villas and protected by landscape conservation regulations. The road leading to our property, approximately 1 kilometre long, is part of this heritage; it cannot be paved and is somewhat uneven. To reach us you will have to make a small effort, which can be faced with any car. You will find in return silence, tranquility and our hospitality.

Medieval Tower House in the Historic Center

Discover the charm of an 11th-century medieval tower, completely original from the period, in the heart of Lucca. Once home to the architects of the Cathedral and later to the bell-ringer, it stands at the foot of the bell tower — but the bells never ring, ensuring peace and restful sleep. Original furnishings, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, quality linens, views of the Cathedral and city walls, a small outdoor space, large handcrafted Italian beds, and private parking in front of the house.

Loft in a strategic location near Pisa

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). Exclusive guests house for wine lovers with AC

Exclusive guesthouse located on a 300 hectare estate. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a large living room with a large rustic fireplace in typical Tuscan style. There is a small outdoor veranda with table and chairs. The pool is located at 400 meters from the house. The path is a bit up and down, so if you don’t like to walk please do not book this house. We do tastings in the cellar with visits of the vineyards and the ancient barrique.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Torre dei Belforti is the perfect place for people who love beauty, nature and art. Sleeping at the Tower is like traveling trough the time, between knights and princesses. The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive.
