Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment "Pfattenspitz" in the "Maurerhof" residence is located in the Sarntal Valley (Sarentino) of South Tyrol, between Sarnthein (Sarentino) and Durnholz (Valdurna). The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and satellite television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.

Our farm is located at about 1,300 meters above sea level (the road is paved to the farm) with a magnificent view of the Mendelkamm and in the background the Cevedale glacier as well as lots of beautiful peaks that characterize our Alpine region. Trattmannhof vacation apartment Our apartment is on the ground floor of the newly built farmhouse. It consists of an entrance area with a wardrobe, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony with wonderful views. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two or with family. The final cleaning is also included in the price. We are also happy about four-legged guests.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.

Rotwandterhof apartment Bienenstock

With a view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Rotwandterhof Bienenstock" in Lengstein (Longostango) is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
