Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Magamistoas on suur mugav voodi, töölaud, suur peegel ja treeningvahendid. Elutoas on teler, helisüsteem, diivan ja teine lahtikäiv diivan. Köögis on olemas kõik tarvilik koduse õhtusöögi ja hommikukohvi valmistamiseks, toidupood asub üle tee. Köögiaknast saab imetleda linna parimat päikeseloojangut.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
