In our cozy complex we provide two separate houses - a sauna house and a vacation house. The vacation house features a fully equipped kitchen, gathering area, two bathrooms, a terrace, and bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people. The sauna house offers a traditional sauna experience. On the premises, you'll find two terraces, a barbecue area, and a pond.

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

1-bedroom apartment in Viljandi

The 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor in the Old Town of Viljandi, a 5-minute walk from the Viljandi Lake. The nearest store is 400 meters. Viljandi Castle Rare is a 10-minute walk away. You also have access to a barbecue area behind the house. Sleeps 2 guests (bed 140x200cm) .Parking is not possible in the yard, the closest option is “Mountain” Street or the parking lot of Lake Viljandi. The apartment is on the side of the street.

Several grocery stores are located nearby. The visitor has a spacious, private terrace where it is nice to sit and drink your morning coffee. The apartment is on the first floor where there are no stairs. You can park for free, just near the house.
