we have a beautiful stay, the accommodation is very well located, it is very clean, very well equipped, close to all types of shops. the apartment is very warm, with a magnificent sea view. we had a great time, thank you for this magnificent welcome.

A very large beautiful apartment in a good location. This apartment is massive by US standards, let alone European. The parking was very convenient. Tatjana was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend the apartment to anyone.

After a few hiccups regarding the WiFi and heating - and always excellent responses from Miguel & Patricia - we ultimately felt right at home. We loved the location, it was so easy to get around everywhere in Olhao by foot. The beds were very clean and comfortable. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. We appreciate that Miguel and Oateicia were very responsive to any concerns we had. Just be aware the building houses restaurants below the units, and it can get a bit noisy on the weekends. Otherwise we loved staying here.

We had a great stay. From balcony nice seaviews and close to shops, bars, restaurants etc. Tv has nice variety of foreign channels, including dutch. Apartment was clean and spacious. Thanks Miguel.. We can recommend this place highly.

Everything was perfect.

This apartment had great views of the sea. Within easy walking distance to the old town and not far from the marina too. Apartment had everything we needed. Tiago responded quickly and helped with check in when we struggled with the door. No issues within the apartment.

This is our favourite apartment in the Algarve so far. Gard (the owner), and Rosi (the property manager) are amazing to deal with. The location is excellent. We were able to stay for the month of January. The apartment and area is quiet at this time of year. It is perfect for us as seniors. I am unable to speak for the busy season. The area around the apartment is flat and very walkable The apartment is supplied with all cookware, silverware, and dishes that anyone would need. The beds are comfortable. We look forward to returning in mid-February.

Home has everything and near to beach and old town. Communication was good with nuno. Its good to wake up to watch waves in the morning and have nice drinks in the evening in balcony. Will come back again.

We never met João, but the property manager Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. She was truly amazing and a huge part of our positive experience She also works at the restaurant inside the gated community. She is a very valuable contact. The location is as good as it gets. The house is very updated and has a great layout. 2 rooms are in the front and 2 rooms are in the back. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Awesome upstairs deck, plus a patio/side yard. The only thing we were not impressed with were the mattresses. They seemed stiff and bouncy. But that’s a personal opinion, and does not mean every guest will feel the same way. We went on a guided tour to the famous Benagil cave, and I must say, the beach in front of this property is almost the same experience, but without the inevitable crowds and regulations that are now imposed at Benagil. Just get a kayak and you will be amazed without having to drive anywhere. Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly beautiful location by the sea. Falling asleep at night with the roaring of the sea in the background 🥰 Also a lot of beautiful beaches to discover in the area so renting a car is highly recommended! Car can be parked for free in the area of the beach house. We had a great time!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

What a spot! This couldn’t have been a better balance of convenience and comfort. The place is very spacious, pristine, and fully equipped, comfortable beds and a beautiful pool on the rooftop that the kids loved. The view of the ocean and beach was amazing and it was steps from the escalator down to all the action. We were a bit surprised by the party scene in Albufeira, which was pretty noisy and crowded, but that was all our ignorance. The house is right on a boardwalk elevated above the center of the action but revelers were out late and it was noisy if we had windows open, but when we closed them it was totally quiet and fine for our kids (9 and 5.) We ended up having a blast in the town where the crowds of football fans at all the restaurants during the Euro cup was great for people watching and a lovely energy. Tons of restaurants that were hit or miss, so follow the ratings! But for a place to stay, this was perfect!

We couldn't have imagined staying in the Algarve. The place was beautiful, very clean and well located. It was quiet, close to the beach and all supermarkets could be reached from there in just a few minutes. Stephanie is also a super friendly and accommodating hostess, which is why we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. She was always able to help us quickly with questions and also gave us great tips for our day trips. We highly recommend the place and would love to come back! :)

Very central location in old town Albufeira. Literally steps from dozens of restaurants/cafes. Beautiful 2-level terrace on floors 2 and 3 with amazing views to the ocean. Marina was a great host.

Fabulous view and location. Right out the door to little bar in sun trap and adjacent coffee and cakes shop. Two supermarkets right outside and pharmacy too. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of towels etc. Jacuzzi just gorgeous and hot. Fabulous large sundeck with shade and various chairs. Easy few minutes walk to beach below. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Thank you.

We were 6 adults and our stay was wonderful! The house exceeded our expectations and the location is close to all amenities. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had and were very helpful as we arrived late and also needed a late checkout; we will certainly book again!!

My family had a great stay. The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the beach, nearby restaurants and parks for the kids. The balcony with a view of the water was a great place to sit and have a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend.

The apartment was a highlight for us in every way. Three of us lived in them. Each had their own private bedroom. 2 bathrooms offered extra comfort. Overall it was very quiet and pleasant in the house. Staying on the 12th floor with fantastic sea views, all-round terrace, modern furnishings, large dining table and cozy sofa was a wonderful feeling. Especially since the apartment was sparkling clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, and the views from both balconies were stunning. The apartment was spotless and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking easy. They were also kind enough to let us have a late check-out since no one else was arriving immediately, which was a nice touch. That said, the space wasn't quite as polished as the photos suggested. The two single beds pushed together were comfortable but due to a gap in the middle wasn’t the best and the peeling toilet seat felt unhygienic. Despite these minor issues, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives. We had an overall enjoyable experience, and with a few small improvements, this place would be perfect. Would definitely recommend for the location and cleanliness!

Very pleased to stay in Telmo’s rental condo in Olhos d’Água. The ocean view from the spacious front deck is exceptional. The condo had ample room for our family of 3 with space for 4 if needed. Telmo provided prompt replies to our inquiries, and we appreciated the thoughtful service provided by Maria, Telmo’s local agent. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here. Amazing views from the balcony over the marina. Perfect location.. 2minutes walk to the beach, 2minutes walk from the marina with a great choice of bars and restaurants. Very close to a supermarket. The apartment was nice and clean and just perfect for what we wanted. We didn’t use the pool but there were sun beds available and the area looked nice and clean. Would definitely recommend 👌🏽👍🏽

We felt very comfortable in Eurico's apartment. There was nothing missing, from dishwasher tablets to laundry detergent to coffee, everything was there. These little things matter a lot. Everything is clean and maintained. The WiFi is also super fast. However, you should not shower too long, because then 2 people do not have enough hot water one after the other. Also, you should know that at night (if you sleep like us) with tilted windows, it is quite noisy and that it pulls in the apartment in a storm. But Eurico can't do anything about it. He was always available and open to all questions and aches. We thank Eurico for this great, lovingly furnished apartment and would come back anytime. Thank you!

This is by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. Nice location, within walking distance of the beach, beautiful sunset, very pleasant contact with the host, nice tips, well equipped cottage, perfect for with children. two bathrooms, maybe some old-fashioned, but it was perfect. We will be happy to come back here!
