Holiday rentals with a pool in Vila Verde

We spent a week at Gonçalo's house. It was very peaceful and private. A small grocery store just a 1 minute walk. Portugal is our home now so we heard a few dogs barking and church bells fairly close but that is a part of living here so we embrassed it. Unfortunately, the weather didn't co-operate and it was too cool to use the pool except for two days but pool was clean and nice. The house is fully equiped for staying there. I would definitely stay here again.

Wat een heerlijk huis, een grote, complete keuken, een fantastische, enorme tuin met veel verschillende bloemen en fruitbomen waar we iedere dag verse sap van konden persen, een prachtig zwembad met allerlei speel attributen voor de kinderen, heerlijke plekken om buiten te kunnen zitten en twee (!) fijne bbq’s. In werkelijkheid veel mooier dan op de foto’s! Antonio was bijzonder aardig en gastvrij, ondanks de taalbarrière. Echt een aanrader dit huis!

Really amazing and modern cottage , with beautiful and lovely views.. House is very large and spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. I enjoyed every moment especially the jacuzzi, hot-tub and outdoor sitting area with the views. Location is peaceful and private but its very close to best attractions such as national parks, Braga and Porto. Host Carla is wonderful, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely visit again when im in the area. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Merci à Carla et son mari pour leur accueil. La maison et la piscine sont superbes, la vue sur les montagnes est incroyable. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances. Dommage d’entendre parfois les hurlements des chiens du chenil en bas du village. On recommande !!

Très bon séjour grâce à la maman de Marilia très très gentille et adorable. Maison dans un lieu paisible et une vue trop belle. Juste l'adresse mentionnée sur le site n'est pas juste autrement tout est bien. Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour.

I had such a lovely stay here. I stayed for 5 weeks and it became a proper little home from home. The host was great and Silvia (the owner) was such a star!! (And her cat is arguably the main character!) The countryside was so beautiful and no matter which way you went it was the most amazing walks. Plenty of options for day trips. I’m aware it’s not a main destination for Brits, which is crazy as it’s such an amazing part of the world.

We had an amazing stay! The location was incredibly peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially loved the pool. One of the highlights was definitely the fruit trees, with ripe figs that added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic place that we would highly recommend!

Alojamento perfeito para passar férias em família, num local calmo e com privacidade. A situação em que o alojamento se encontra é fantástica. Tem uma vista e uma área envolvente deslumbrantes. A piscina está muito bem localizada e enquadrada. Tem uma rede à volta que a protege de crianças pequenas. As divisões da casa são amplas. A distribuição dos quartos, wc’s, cozinha e salas é bastante funcional. Muitos pontos de interesse para explorar na região, a distâncias curtas. Desde ponte de Lima, ponte da barca, arcos de valdevez a Viana do Castelo, sem deixar de referir a cascata do pincho (na serra d’arga). A forma como fomos recebidos pelo anfitrião foi muito boa. Muita simpatia e sempre disponível para o que fosse necessário. Obrigado por tudo!

Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Maria Judite nous a reçu avec deux magnifiques citrons :-). Appartement agréable, soigné, propre et très bien équipé. Endroit calme. Très bel échange avec les hôtes.

La casa está increíble. Super bonita y cuidando los detalles. Las habitaciones amplias. La piscina infinita espectacular y la zona de Jacuzzi y sauna preciosa.

Local maravilhoso, muito lindo. Ótimo para se conectar com a natureza. Ótima recepção. Casa igual ao anúncio, tem tudo que está escrito na descrição.

O espaço era maravilhoso, e consideramos que para nós que éramos 4 foi espetacular. Deu para descansar e ao mesmo tempo ficávamos a cerca de 30 min de algumas cascatas do Gerês. Uma grande amabilidade por parte de quem nos recebeu e voltaremos, sem dúvida alguma!

I’m in a new country and do not speak the language. Maria answered immediately and assisted in my language barrier. The location was beautiful, quiet and cozy! When I wanted to reserve another night, she was quick to approve and made me feel welcome and safe. Beautiful amenities! The outside area was thoughtfully landscaped. Highly recommend! ♥️
