Apartment is beautiful, and the location is unbeatable. Absolutely the best location we could have asked for for a few days in the city. The host coordinated a taxi pickup for us after we checked in, which was much appreciated as we were unsure which taxi company to use (and there is no Uber on the island). Only feedback is that they use a management company and ask that you communicate via whats app for quicker response. Not a huge fan of communication outside of the Airbnb app, and response time can vary. The apartment was beautiful, in a great spot, and checkout was easy. Would stay there again.

Jackie's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with an exceptional view with daily sunsets. We even got to watch a surfing competition from our living room. Jackie is very responsive and non intrusive and gave us some excellent dining and other recommendations.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Situé dans le village avec les commerces et restaurants à proxiléger. Pratique pour rayonner sur toute l'île. Seul bémol l'appartement se trouve sur une place avec des Églises qui sonnent les cloches à toutes les heures même la nuit. Mais avec le temps on s'y habitut. A déconseiller pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil légé.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. We were welcomed in person, and there were some treats to enjoy, which was very thoughtful. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The location was great, and we were easily able to walk around town. We also had an easy time finding parking on the street behind the apartment. Miguel and Pedro were lovely hosts. They were communicative and always quick to respond. We would recommend this apartment and will stay here again if we visit again.

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. Spotless, spectacular views, central on harbor, small grocery shop two doors down. This high rise property is a rarity in Ponta Delgada The apartment is lovely, with every convenience considered, from sewing kits to notepads tucked into bedside drawers, chargers, umbrellas, games, music, the list goes on. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of high quality cookware, plus cooking oil + basics like sugar + rice. Laundry works well. Parking included. Bruno is responsive and knowledgeable. He had great tips for the Azores. We did a family vacation with lots of hikes, surfing, hot springs etc. Would absolutely return.

Casa muito boa, bem localizada, com acessos perto de casa para chegar a Ponta Delgada rapidamente. Casa super equipada, para além utensílios do quotidiano tem também mantimentos/condimentos úteis para as primeiras refeições. Anfitriões bastante prestáveis, acessíveis e com prontidão de reposta antes e durante a estadia.

A magical place! The view is epic. Better than the pictures. Ana greeted us with such warmth and energy from the start of the trip and text me a bunch of wonderful recommendations. The place itself is beyond gorgeous. Peaceful. Quiet. The bed was super comfortable and so wonderful to sleep in a King after weeks of doubles. The shower is dreamy. Walk to the natural pools. Drive 20 Minutes to Lagoa da Fogo and one of our favorite hot springs. This place was beyond dreamy and highly recommend!!! Locals in the area are warm and friendly. I can’t say enough about this place. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Le logement est idéalement situé pour rayonner sur toute l’île. La vue est très agréable et le stationnement est facile juste au pied de l’immeuble.

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment a lot! It is very spacious, modern designed, well equipped kitchen, amazing huge balcony with a view! We were 4 adults and a 2 year old, and having two bathrooms was very convenient. All the amenities listed are there and even more. It seems that kitchen is more equipped and has more appliances then at our homes :) You can enjoy the view of the island coast and the ocean from the balcony. The area is very peaceful, only 10 minutes walk to the ocean, city centre and shops. Miguel is a great host, always responsive and friendly!

Miejsce zgodne z opisem, przestronne, bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko (ale dla osób z problemami z kręgosłupem może być za miękkie). Zapewniona jest pełna prywatność. Cicho, tylko czasami słychać było hałas przejeżdżającego auta, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe ze względu na mały ruch. Blisko są restauracje i kawiarnie z bardzo przyjazną obsługą, piekarnia ze świeżym pieczywem. Do miejscowego supermarketu jest 5 min autem. Świetna miejscówka do zwiedzania całej wyspy. Nie było problemu z parkowaniem pod domem, zawsze można było znaleźć wolne miejsce. Kontakt z gospodarzami był natychmiastowy. Zameldowanie jest samoobsługowe i całkowicie bezproblemowe. Instrukcje są jasne. Jedyne do czego można się przyczepić to że mieszkanie jest trochę ciemne, ale to jest chyba nieuniknione w takiej lokalizacji, gdzie okna są od północy i wychodzą na wąską uliczkę. No i trochę wilgotno, ale to z kolei wynika z klimatu a nie wad mieszkania. Osobiście polecam i chętnie tam wrócę jeśli będzie taka okazja.

Le séjour a été tres agréable, le logement est impeccable et conforme à la description, équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Très bien placé pour se déplacer partout sur l’île. Bruno a été très sympathique et flexible sur l’horaire d’arrivée. Si vous aimez les chiens, vous serez heureux d’avoir la visite régulière de l’un d’eux! :) Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

Appartement fonctionnel et relativement spacieux avec une jolie terrasse extérieure. Calme et facile d' accès et facilités pour rejoindre de nombreux points intéressants . Nos hôtes bien que non présents ont tout prévu pour faciliter notre séjour avec un très gentil accueil. Nous recommandons à 100% Restaurant proche en particulier à ne pas manquer O pescador qualité prix imbattable.

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this beautiful villa in São Roque, São Miguel. The central location made it easy to explore the entire island, and we loved being able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. The villa’s southern exposure offered stunning ocean views and provided a sheltered spot from the coastal winds. Inside, the space was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with two balconies that showcased the beauty of the São Roque coastline. Parking was simple and convenient. Hosts Sophia and Fernando were incredibly gracious and always available to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gift baskets with local Azorean treats—they were a lovely welcome. This was a perfect home base for our family and made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Apartamento que corresponde às fotos, assim como equipamento e utensílios descritos. Anfitrião bastante simpático, responsivo e atento a todas as necessidades. Pedi para retirar todos os tapetes uma vez que os meus filhos e eu temos asma e o Paulo foi extremamente cuidadoso, a casa estava muito limpa.

I had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great with an amazing view the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free Airbnb experience!

Check in was easy, as followed instructions given. Very noisy from airport (didn’t realise how close we were when booking). The apartment was perfect for my mum and I, one bed and used sofa bed. Would recommend if you have a hire car like us as we drove into town and everywhere else, not the best if you need to use taxi/ bus etc to get around

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

Impecável, estrutura muito bem projetada. Decoração linda, vista maravilhosa do jardim e privilégio de ver os aviões decolando pela proximidade do aeroporto. Proprietário muito educado, e Sofia muito solicita com as nossas necessidades. Proporcionaram um Check in flexível que foi um grande diferencial. Todos os utensílios de cozinhas disponíveis pra todas as necessidades. Amei e super recomendo.

Schön, wenn man morgens mit nem Kaffee in der Hand erstmal ne kleine Runde auf der Farm spazieren kann. Man riecht die Kräuter, streichelt die Katze oder die Hunde, fühlt sich an wie zu Hause - nur besser. Und der frisch gepresste Ananassaft und kürbismarmelade zur Begrüßung waren sehr lecker ! Auch ein Besuch des Restaurants können wir sehr empfehlen.

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

This accommodation is completely first class. Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable and remarkably clean. The kitchen/dining/living room were all areas we enjoyed hanging out. The kitchen is so well appointed we didn't need anything. We enjoyed it so much that twice we cancelled local dinner reservations and cooked instead. We loved that we could open the windows and enjoy the cross breeze. Having a clothes washer and dryer was an added plus, as we all were able to pack light and not worry. Also having a garage was an added plus!! The location could not be better. Restaurants and shopping in every direction. We never had trouble finding a market or a place to get coffee. Pedro gave us several great dining suggestions. Pedro was the best host. He always got right back to me with answers and checked in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely reserve this again should we find ourselves back in Ponta Delgada!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada! Der Whirlpool war ein absolutes Highlight – nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen der Insel konnten wir hier perfekt entspannen und dabei die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie gaben uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Wir können dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf den Azoren sind!
