Cheese Factory House

This beautiful traditional stone house has all the modern comforts and amenities. It was recovered/recreated from the ruins of an old cheese factory. You can see the whole island of São Jorge and the canal and in front, and, on the left, bays and parishes of the beautiful and jagged northern Pico coast. The kitchen, dining and living room areas, spread out in an open style concept, have big glass doors which invite you to dine alfresco in the barbeque deck while savouring your meals and the view. Birds and sea are your surround music. Enjoy the garden and a sunset so perfect that it seems almost imaginary. Adega do Cachalote is located in Prainha, one of the most beautiful parishes on the island of Pico. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. Outside there is a barbecue and a magnificent view of the sea and the island of S. Jorge. It also has free private parking. The sandy beach, unique to Pico Island, is about 5 minutes away and can be easily reached on foot, enjoying a breathtaking landscape.

Located in a quiet area of the parish of Santo Amaro, where you wake up in the middle of nature with a fantastic view of the sea and São Jorge Island. Behind are the slopes of the northern part of the island. About 200 meters away is the Portinho bathing area. The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. It has a bedroom/living room with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen.

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.
