Our main house is nearby, but the guesthouse has no windows facing us, and we rarely use that side of our home — ensuring your privacy. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we also rent out a spacious house on the property that sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms), perfect for those who want to stay close but enjoy separate spaces. You need a car if you like to see more of the High Coast Area. Public transportation is very limited.

Welcome! Here you have affordable accommodation with a private entrance, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple meals. Air fryer, microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100 metres from the accommodation. Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the centre of Sundsvall. They stop outside Mitt Universitetet on the way. Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan is located at Björköfjärden, Both Sea. In summer, there is access to a small motorboat located at the jetty. Around the cabin there is a wooden deck. Year built 2009. The house has a full kitchen and dishwasher, fridge and freezer, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The house has one bedroom with adjustable beds and kitchen/living room with sofa bed and a loft with two mattresses. Outside there are tables and sun chairs. In the winter when the ice is on, it's a great location for winter fishing, ice skating, or skiing.
