Next small town Hvolsvölluris 20 min away. 20 minutes to drive to next waterfall, Seljalandsfoss, 40 min to Skógafoss. Around 1 hour to drive to Vík í Mýrdal, and 1 hour to the "Golden cirkle". 10 min to Landeyjahöfn - the harbour to Vestmanneyjar. You can see some famous volcanoes and hear the sounds from the ocean .

Welcome to our new cabins, where you sleep next to your horse! The houses are 40 square meters studio apartments with kitchen facilities and sleep up to 4 persons. The cabins are placed right on the farm with a volcano view on one side and your horse in the back.

Our cozy cabin is located in a cove by a lava field and a small creek. It is 44m2 groundfloor and was built in 1962 and I renovated it in 2015. It is located on our farm Fossar , 15km away from village Kirkjubæjarklaustur by road 204.
