The house holds a bathroom, entrance and a wide porch, towels, double bed with linen, WIFI and everything you need for your stay. It is located 15 km from Hella and 90 km from Reykjavík.

In Kirkjubæjarklaustur are common necessities such as groceries, restaurants, a swimming pool, and more. This home is a good fit for a family or a group of 6-7 travelers. It is located on a large land where guests are free to roam around and explore.

The Shed is perfect for families or two couples travelling together. A warm and brand new house that is located between Vik and Kirkjubæjarklaustur. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountain road (F210). It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.

Take the the day off in our luscious and wild garden, and make dinner in a custom built 70's kitchen.

Valley Guesthouse - Linda's House

Valley Guesthouse is located at the farm Kerlingardalur only 8 km east of the village Vík í Mýrdal. The farm is secluded, surrounded by mountains with a closeness of Mýrdalsjökull glacier. Guests who rent Linda's house have the whole house for themselves. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower and an open kitchen and living room area with a pull out sofa bed.

Scenic grounds

Kársstaðir is nicely located only 5 minutes from the town Kirkjubæjarklaustur. It is a 25 year old summerhouse that we have renovated to more modern, yet romantic Scandinavian farm house decor. The location is quite unique, in the middle of volcanic pseudos with a perfect view over Vatnajökull to the east and Mýrdalsjökull to the west.
