The lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic storehouse located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The storehouse is over a century old, but has been renovated in several rounds. NOTE: The storage room has electricity, but not running water or a toilet. Guests can use shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is for the exclusive use of you, the guests, and access to the rest of the main house is restricted. There are 5 litres of water available in the fridge. Cozy holiday home with amazing views of Hjørundfjorden. Several patios/terraces, fire pit and barbecue. Outdoor jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The house is located 35m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and common barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø center with grocery stores, niche stores, hotels and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if boat rental is applicable.

Our place is close to Ålesund Airport. Ålesund airport. Great nature. Rural and quiet. Yet only 20 min. by car to Ålesund city center. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and business travelers. Can also be suitable for a small family. (Extra mattresses). We can also assist with transportation to/from the airport in the late afternoon/evening. There is a 24-HOUR (Monday-Saturday) grocery store 2 km from the rental. Joker Vikane. You can also se beautiful northern lights (aurora borealis) here.

We live on a fantastic island,in a big house and we give for a rent 3 rooms with a separate entrance. Our house is in 10 min distance from the airport with car . In 15 min there is an amazing beach where you can go for a walk, there is also a supermarket in 10 min walking. If you will choose public transport, there is a bus stop in front of our house.
