Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), 400 m away. An ancient village on Prealpi Trevigiane, between Piave and Malghe, founded XVI-XVII sec by Istrian charcoal attracted by waters and timber. At the centre of many possibilities: 10 minutes from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills UNESCO heritage, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically immersed in greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, excursions.

Typical two-room apartment. Top floor, with completely wooden interiors. Very well maintained and equipped, with two small balconies and private ski storage. Private parking for 1 car directly in front of the house, 4 beds (1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed with 2 regular seats in the entrance/living room), 500 metres from the ski facilities (Sellaronda Superski) and the Qc Terme. Fabulous in winter and special in summer. Baby and pet friendly, equipped with all the essentials, including for small children.

Apartment in the Dolomites, fantastic hiking.

Apartment located in the Rododendro Residence, in the locality of Passo San Pellegrino, in the municipality of Moena (Tn), a pass that connects Falcade (Bl) to Moena. It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow cover, with downhill ski facilities 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski track just across the road. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is often used by my family as well, so we want it to be welcoming.

Right in front, we find the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. In two minutes on foot you can also reach the Archaeological Museum of South Tyrol, where Ötzi, the ice man, is kept and we are therefore in the heart of the city, with its historic center, its arcades and characteristic places.
