Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to the farthest points in Venice. The apartment was super clean and organized. The only thing I will add is the apartment is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Absolutely recommend though. It was perfect for us.

Very well located and quiet accommodation with a magnificent view. Convenient direct access from the airport by boat. Quick and easy access to Venice via the Vaporetto stop just 500 m from the accommodation. Comfortable, clean and well arranged accommodation, very satisfactory equipment. All amenities nearby (supermarket, restaurant, bars, etc.) We would highly recommend it.
