Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supply via solar panel. Mobile phone charging via USB socket. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor barbecue (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking facilities. There are plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no water supply, so we fill a water bottle with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. King size bed in the attic and double sofa bed in the living room (2+2) Laundry is agreed with the host in the main house. Short distance to the plane and ferry, pick-up can be arranged. Stavanger/Sandnes is only 12-15 min drive away. Lots of sights and famous destinations

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

The cabin is located right by Vigdelstranden and the lake. The cabin has 2 bedrooms (4 beds), and a loft with 2 extra mattresses. Here 6 people can stay overnight. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, the kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The cabin has a cozy outhouse. The area offers great nature, swimming opportunities and unique hiking trails.

Welcome to Fjordbris! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. In 2023 and 2025, the farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
