Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Please note: We live upstairs with our three boys (ages 8, 10, and 12). While the suite is soundproofed, you may occasionally hear muffled footsteps, voices, piano, or kids playing. If you need complete silence, this may not be the best fit.

If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area (No extra charge). With a 2 mins walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 mins drive to shopping centres, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Island.
