We rent an annex to our main house, with its independent entrance. With an area of about 50 m2, the apartment has all the amenities! Cozy as you could wish for! Whether it's for a weekend with family, friends or for work, everyone will find something to suit them! The rental is located in a small village in the countryside while being close to the main roads! We are 30 minutes from Mont St Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes, 50 minutes from St Malo.

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Gite 4/5 people in a hamlet

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as table tennis or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.

Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. We were keen to furnish this space with taste and hope you will find well-being during this break.

The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
