The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Good Place - Vieux Lyon ! Charme, Confort & Calme

Emplacement idéal, cet appartement de 46 m2 est situé au cœur de Lyon, dans le quartier historique et vous y serez au calme. Refait à neuf, il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Vous pourrez apprécier son côté chaleureux et cosy, ses équipements et sa localisation. (+Wifi gratuit). Proche de toutes commodités, restaurants, lieux touristiques, métro StJean et bus S1 et C3. L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble classé. Il est calme car il donne sur cour et est situé au 3e étage.

This artist's studio is located at the very top of the Pink Tower, on the 4th floor without elevator access of the most famous renaissance building in old Lyon. It consists of a small living room, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, area 13 m2, ceiling height 3.70 m. The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.
