The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The Boudoir – Calm & Cozy, Lyon Presqu’île

On the 6th and last floor with elevator, a quiet place. In the heart of the peninsula between Edouard Herriot street, famous for its luxury shops and the famous rue Mercière with these no less famous Lyonnais corks that we have created for our guests an apartment with an intimate and precious atmosphere. No need car or taxi, everything is done on foot or by public transport, because you are in the center of all the events of our city light. To park your car different public car parks nearby.

Ideally located, this 46 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Lyon, in the historic district and you will be quiet. Refurbished, it can accommodate up to 4 people. You can enjoy its warm and cozy side, its amenities and its location. (+Free Wi-Fi). Close to all amenities, restaurants, tourist places, Saint-Jean metro station and S1 and C3 buses. The apartment is located in a listed building. It is quiet because it overlooks the courtyard and is located on the 3rd floor.

This artist's studio is located at the very top of the Pink Tower, on the 4th floor without elevator access of the most famous renaissance building in old Lyon. It consists of a small living room, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom, area 13 m2, ceiling height 3.70 m. The studio offers 360-degree views of the rooftops of old Lyon, St Jean Baptiste Cathedral and Fourvière Hill. Here a painter worked for 25 years, it is an ideal place to dream, write, isolate yourself as a couple.

In a cozy and bourgeois building, this magnificent apartment with elevator on the top floor and its 2 master suites will offer you all modern comforts. Le Cosy St Jean***

The apartment is located in old Lyon, rue St Jean, which is a pedestrian street only! It is therefore not possible to access it by car. The architecture of the building dates from the Renaissance period, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is a little rough and can be difficult to access for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties to move. The exposed stones and beams bring a lot of charm and authenticity to the apartment.
