Monthly Rentals in Viera

We would have given everything as 5 stars, except for the water leak and the fans that were required during our stay. Honestly would we stay again, absolutely. Would it be worth the cost that we paid, if it weren't for the fans and the various leak related issues absolutely. The house is extremely well maintained. Cleaned Exceptionally. The location is quiet and very nice. It is within walking distance to a grocery store and more. Within driving distance to everything the space coast has to offer. Carola is a wonderful host and very communicative. I would recommend her and her property to everyone. We just had the unlucky experience of a water leak that was just a fluke.

Very quite and a perfect location. Susan was onsite for my arrival and departure making it a very lovely stay.

This was a great AirBnB experience! Everything about the casa was excellent. Clean, organized, thoughtful touches and in a great location. Would come and stay anytime!

We absolutely loved staying here. I was a super close walk to the water via a dock. We fished and relaxed. The host was super nice. The place was very clean and spacious. i would definitely stay here again. thank you
