The apartment is located on the second floor of a new stylish house, without a balcony. It is only 50 m from the sea. The location is ideal for swimming or walking on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and bedroom, but you will also find everything you need in the smaller kitchenette. It is perfect for time spent as a couple. To make sure you don't have to worry about late arrivals, the apartment has refreshing water in the fridge, coffee capsules for the first morning, and a disposable shower gel in the bathroom.

Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

We rent a holiday apartments a bit uphill from apartment complex Gajac in a peaceful surrounding and nature near Zrće beach (20 min walk to the festival area and famous clubs - Papaya, Aquarius, Kalypso & Noa / only few minutes with a car). Beautiful Gajac beach is reached by a shortcut (800m), 10min walk and it will lead you to the nicest part of the beach with a great beach restaurant! Closest city is Novalja (2 km). The lagoon is directly accessible via its own staircase access. The apartment was newly built in 2017 and furnished to a high standard. The 15 m² terrace  offers a romantic sunset. It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
