Typical Tuscan Villa with pool

Close to all amenities but, at the same time, in an ideal quiet and peaceful environment for families with children or couples. Wonderful as a retreat after sightseeing or the beach, or simply to relax and enjoy the green landscape. In a part of a restored 1,800 farmhouse, "Villa la Valle" is a simple and essential residence, well maintained, welcoming and absolutely comfortable. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a window, king size bed, air conditioning and large bathroom with tub and washing machine, the bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined) with two windows and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there is a reading room with a French window on the small balcony. Downstairs is the cozy living room with satellite TV, fireplace and 2 French windows on the garden where you can eat "al fresco", cooking on the charcoal barbecue. The well-equipped kitchen (microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster...) is located in a corner of the living room with dining area. Each window at the door of the house and a patio overlooking the garden are protected by mosquito nets, so you can enjoy the cool of the evening, without the distraction of an occasional fly or mosquito. Guests have their moments of relaxation in a private swimming pool (12m * 6m) in the large garden (2,000sqm) with umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs with tables, various games for the pool, toilet cabin. The park with the pool is fenced and closed by a gate. Free indoor parking with automatic gate, for total security. Wireless Internet. The house is an independent apartment - hosting families in a simple way and providing 2 cribs for children and a high chair. The house is also ideal for hosting 2 couples looking for a romantic vacation, ensuring maximum privacy for everyone with the availability of 2 bathrooms. Guests have the presence of the owners who live in another area of the farmhouse. When you arrive at the house, you will find a welcome package with local products aimed at ensuring a good stay.

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle.
