Holiday rentals with a sauna in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

My family had a lovely stay and really appreciated the amenities, especially access to the pool and sauna. For a short visit to Auckland this is well located for access to local tourist spots and a short uber ride nearly anywhere if the weather isn't great or the walk is too long. The only issue we had was the noise from the docks across from the building, so wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper. We appreciated the extra makeshift room, though given the gaps in the folding door it made it so we couldn't use the TV while our son was sleeping. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend.

This was a great location and a great air BNB. Stefan has clear instructions which made the whole process the easiest we have ever experienced.

This would be one of my top Airbnb's I've stayed in, the location can't be beat, with water views, city skyline and amazing views of the Sky Tower. The apartment was spotless with great premium toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion. Each bedroom has it's own ensuite. There's a Woolworths Metro across the road and a great range of cafes and restaurants all 5 minutes away. You're 10 minutes walk away from the main street and the downtown ferry wharf. The apartment was extremely quiet due to no traffic noise and the neighbours we bumped into in the lift were all friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a lovely time at Lola's, the flat is clean and welcoming. The location is ideal for visiting the city and Lola's welcome is very warm. What's more, she's very responsive when you need her.

We had a great stay. It's super handy to the viaduct and the city. Amazing views to wake up to every morning. The apartment is well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

Holger's home was a very much perfect and nice place to stay. Stunning view of the sky tower in it's background. Majestic in the day. Beautiful at night. Place is super clean and well stock with all the facilities, amenities and all the basic requirements at home :) Place is centrally located and easy reach to all the top spots in Auckland such as the sky tower, viaduct Harbour, wynyard quarter, Art Gallery etc. Holger and team were very responsive and easy communications. Thanks to Candice for dropping by to have a look when we asked whether our rental car able to fit in its designated parking lot. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay. Would book this place again when we return the next time.

We highly recommend Samuel's place in Auckland. It's as lovely as the pictures, and wonderful to watch the sun rise and set over Albert Park with glimpses of bays in the background. My husband loved spending time on the balcony in the morning. The apartment is well equipped with top of the line appliances and furnishings and beautiful art from around the world. The gym, pool and sauna are great. The location is excellent and central within easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants, the harbour and ferries, shopping on Queens Street, the Auckland Art Gallery and Museum, The Civic Theater, Aotea Centre and Sky Tower. It's also close to the train and buses. Samuel was a wonderful host. He was very responsive, and charming and set up an introductory meeting early in our one month visit to answer questions and show us around. We would love to return to Samuel's place next year.

Elleanor’s place is so convenient to all amenities, you can walk to princess wharf complex, we truly enjoyed being able to walk around without the car, the private and secure car park in such a busy area is a surplus, my daughters have enjoyed the swimming pool and spa , it has been a great stay for sure, will be back❤️

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

Absolute beautiful house. Perfect for the kids with the pool and spa pool. Beautiful out side BBQ are, just loved everything about this stunning house… will definitely recommend… thank you marika and your family for allowing us to share your beautiful house

Tracey's home in Onetangi was perfect for our beach holiday in Waiheke. The beds are very comfortable and feature nice linens and pillows. The bathroom is spacious and has both a large soaking tub and a big shower, all modern and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, plus there's a gas grill on the adjoining patio, so we cooked at home every day. The view is breathtaking, and the native songbirds provide beautiful background music from dawn to dusk. Stargazing from the deck is phenomenal on a cloudless night. Onetangi Beach is a pleasant 15 minute walk (or 5 minute car ride) away. We very much appreciated the hot tub and sauna when it got a bit chilly at the beach. This is a very special place - thank you so much for letting us stay here!

Stunning location, Eisa’s photos do not do her lovely home justice! Her home is even more beautiful in person. Very open and relaxed atmosphere. Eisa is a great host and very proactive with great recommendations and very responsive. Clean and very straightforward check in/ out.

This place is stunningly beautiful and we did not want to leave, it's one of 'those' places where you always try to stay an extra night because of how it makes you feel. It goes above and beyond the pics and description, some pics don't do it justice to be honest, and when we first arrived we could not believe our luck. So we ended up asking to stay an extra night and Steve was very accommodating and helpful and made it happen even though we gave him short notice. The view from the big stylish deck is breathtaking, the native birds and the faint sound of ocean below....there is something extremely special about this place that can't be put into words. That's not even taking into account the shared sauna, shared cabana, the huge projector for TV, the piano (so grateful to be able to play on a real piano again), foozeball, fairy lights, stylish decking. Didn't want to leave and its been incredibly inspiring to us, to see what someone can do with their land! You have to stay here!

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.
