Holiday rentals with a patio in Viaduct Harbour, Auckland Central

Hannah is a great host and quickly responded to my queries. Highly recommend if you're in Auckland for a weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lindsay was very responsive and we appreciated that he was willing to hold our luggage for us so we could enjoy our first day in Auckland. The apartment has a great view. It was spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. If we ever visit again, I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is in a peaceful location with a beautiful view of the school play ground from the living room balcony. It was so relaxing to wake up to that view every day. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which made everything super convenient. The host was friendly and responsive. The house was exactly as described—every detail in the listing was 100% accurate. This is the best Airbnb location I have stayed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ponsonby, the place was clean and very nicely updated and perfectly spacious for our two families. The location is just a short walk to the shops and eateries on the main street and was very quiet which was great for a good nights sleep. The property has 3 levels with rooms on each so it was a little bit challenging for the young kids and there were lots of decorative artefacts/homewares which was aesthetically very nice but again hard to manage with the kids. I look forward to staying again once the kids are a bit older.

What a beautiful place! One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Views are gorgeous and everything was clean. Loved the furniture/ decor. Feels so fresh and new. Good price and perfect for our small group. Would have stayed longer if I had the chance.

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

We had an enjoyable stay here. The house had all we needed and plenty of space for us to relax. Easy walk down to Auckland CBD & lovely walk along Westhaven promenade for coffee etc.

Justine was a very helpful host and we had an amazing stay here. Everything was exactly as described, and lovely and clean. We especially enjoyed the private decking area outside with lovely views! We'd absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

This was our second time staying at Jacqui’s place and it won’t be the last. Absolutely love this place. Location is perfect with so many restaurants, cafes, shops within walking distance. It was a spacious and pleasant place to stay. There’s a very popular café on the ground floor, which was a big plus. The host always responded quickly, whether it was early in the morning or late at night, and genuinely cared about whether I was comfortable. I’d love to stay here again the next time I visit Auckland!

Great apartment, close to the city but away from the noise. Loads of Wynyard Quarter restaurants to choose from just around the corner. Super comfy couches in the living room and good sized bedrooms. Sarah provided lots of useful information to help find our way around and to feel at home during the stay. Would definitely look to stay again.
