Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

This recently restored boathouse will give you a real switch off from the modern world feel, no tv or wifi to complicate things, just birdsong and views across the lake. Sleep up in the bedroom or on the extremely comfortable sofabed if climbing the stairs is not for you. Relax on the terrace, take a siesta in the hammock. Within 1hr of the Dordogne, numerous chateaux at 20 mins as well as some lovely local villages. Come and unwind.

Its location allows you to discover the Périgord and all its places steeped in history, Lascaux, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, those of the Vézère but also the Quercy with Rocamadour, the Padirac Cave. Possibility of canoeing on the Dordogne, cycling on the Voie Verte and hiking on the GR6. Shops nearby.

The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

A small wooden house full of charm, bright, very well equipped, for 2 people (+ baby welcome, umbrella bed on request). Perfect little love nest. A comfortable bed in 160 cm. WiFi. Terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, deckchairs, barbecue. Located in a very relaxing green setting, 10 minutes walk from the city center by a walking path. Linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, duvet, pillowcases, extra blanket, bath towels, kitchen towels).

Our chalet is located in Saint-Amand de Coly, a village labeled “most beautiful villages in France”, 26km from Sarlat and 12km from Lascaux IV cave. On the property a free parking space is reserved for you. You can also enjoy the swimming pool with its breathtaking view and its shallow part ideal for children. A lighted petanque court, a badminton field, a ping pong table, swings, a picnic area are also at your disposal.

Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond.
