Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Vézénobres

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

Good communication with Elisa and Alexandre and the apartment is really quiet, with a small garden and all amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, tv...) for 2 people. Our doggie was also able to enjoy the garden which is a real plus. Our week was hectic but I was always able to have our hosts by phone or text. Just provide a duplicate of the keys in case you forget:) I'm thinking about coming back if I'm still around!

Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the impeccable cleanliness, the comfort of the place... but especially the breathtaking view😍! Every morning, waking up to this magnificent panorama was pure joy🌄. The calm, the nature, the pure air... you feel completely refreshed. The cottage is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated, and you can feel that everything has been thought of for the well-being of travellers🙏. A huge thank you to the hosts for their kindness and availability💖. We leave with stars in our eyes ✨ and the desire to return very soon!

Valérie’s place is quiet oasis in a great location for exploring the local region. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay and the local village has some great restaurants.

The house is in a beautiful setting in a beautiful part of the world. There are many superb walks you can do from the house and many more a short drive away. Everything is as described and worked without problems. Very well equipped. Pascale answered any questions promptly and provided excellent local information. If this is your sort of country the house is thoroughly recommended.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

We had a great stay, the setting is beautiful with a beautiful view and tranquility, the accommodation is perfect and well decorated, we enjoyed the plancha of the hot tub and pool. the host is super responsive to any requests. i highly recommend this place.

The indoor pool is a real plus, and the many recreational facilities allow you to fully enjoy yourself with friends. You can feel Mickaël's passion for music, it adds a nice atmosphere. Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

Cynthia and Mario's house located in the heart of the village, is beautiful. The old spirit has been preserved and the decoration is of very good taste. The indoor pool can be heated for a fee (reasonable), we enjoyed it extensively. The hosting was friendly and warm. Cynthia has always been responsive and was able to provide us with helpful information about the area. We immediately felt good in this huge house of character, we had so much space for the two of us! Thanks to Cynthia and Mario.

Perfect stay! We were very well received in an incredible accommodation. The hosts are very attentive, accommodating and available. The apartment in an old house adjoining the castle is just sublime. We had a great time, rested and had fun, everything we needed! We recommend 1000%

Excellent location. Walkable to everything . If you have large or heavy bags, it’s up 2 flights of stairs. Looks like picture. Very nice place to be! Arles is lovely & the apartment is as well.

A perfect stay in a peaceful setting. The accommodation is well-equipped, functional, very clean and beautifully decorated. The small terrace is charming, and the view is very nice! The common outdoor area (terrace and pool) invites you to relax. Dominique is very responsive, available while remaining discreet. It's a chance to have the opportunity to enjoy such a dog-friendly accommodation! We highly recommend this property!

A perfect little house to escape to! Ideally located in the Cevennes, super quiet, decorated with great taste and well equipped. With extra pool and beautiful pétanque track... And hosts available, responsive and very friendly!

Wow! What a stay. This lovely chalet is in a quiet secluded area, with amazing views over the landscapes of the Cévennes. It has everything you might need - stuff for laundry, cooking basics, and a great gas BBQ! It was a great base for seeing some great sights, and we would definitely stay again. The only thing to note would be that there's no step-free access to the property.

A little corner of paradise, quiet and relaxing surrounded by forest and birdsong. The shed is simple and clean, with everything you need for a week and a nice terrace (table, chairs, deckchairs and electric barbecue). Dominique was a discreet host, a very pleasant presence and attentive to our needs. I really recommend this little paradise. Access to the pool was a plus, especially during very hot late afternoons.

Great property! We stayed here with our three dogs for a week. The house and backyard are great. The house is very clean and has a lot of modern touches like multiple air conditioning units, a refrigerator with an ice machine and water filter, large smart tv, and modern finishings. The place is very clean and well decorated. However the real star of the property is the backyard. It feels like an oasis in the city - the patio, yard, and pool are very well landscaped and a great place to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard where we could hang out and enjoy the nice weather. The host was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to take our dogs. She also left us a dog bowl, toys, and bags which was very thoughtful (and some local beers for us, which was also very nice). The property is about a 15 minute walk to city center and the train station where you can find a lot of great restaurants and bars. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely stay again.
