Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Vetralla

We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's apartment! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the washer, he went above and beyond to resolve it, even making a trip down when remote assistance didn't work. The apartment had everything we needed, making us feel right at home (this was our 1st trip to Europe). We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to his place on our next trip to Rome. Thanks again, Mattia, for your hospitality!

Great apartment and even better host. The apartment is in a central location but the craziness outside melts away as soon as you close the door. Comfortable temperature in the apartment was a godsend given the late-spring / early summer Roman heat. Communication was protective; Filippo was highly proactive and responsive. Thanks again!

I cannot recommend Nino's property enough! The location is amazing, and the private entrance made for a feeling of security. There are several great restaurants right outside that ended up being some of our favorites that we visited in all of Rome. The unit has everything you need and them some- the beds are comfortable, and the separate rooms are private and quiet for couples travelling together. This property is absolutely beautiful and completely exceeded our expectations. As for the host, Nino is the best I've encountered on Airbnb to date. He was responsive and proactive, and provided a long list of recommendations of places to check out in the area, all of which were incredible! He allowed us to drop our luggage off early, which helped us spend even more time out enjoying the sites. He genuinely cared about our experience and checked in periodically, which made us feel even more at home. We cannot thank you enough for the incredible accommodations, Nino!

I had a great experience. The checkin instructions were very clear and with pictures. Arianna was very helpful and responded to my inquiries right away. The location was great, about 15 mins walk to the Vatican, 10 mins to Trevi fountain, 5 mins to all retail and high end stores. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious and clean.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The terraces were incredible and such a lovely place to have an aperitivo in the evenings. The beds were comfy and WiFi worked well enough for people to work from home. We were worried about the stairs as we were staying with two small children but it was all fine! It was frustrating that they wouldn’t provide a high chair or travel cot so we had to add this to our baggage at the last minute. Every Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in (including my own where I host) provides this. The kitchen was also quite tricky to cook in with no work surface and tiny drawers that don’t fit the huge plates easily. But the location couldn’t be topped!

Super cute and stylish loft. I booked it mainly for the aesthetic, and it definitely lived up to that. It’s way more spacious than a typical hotel room, and having a washer was a big plus for summer travel. Maria was great, really responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with the floors not being cleaned when we arrived, but it was taken care of right away. Totally get that little things like that can happen. Only a couple of suggestions: blackout curtains would be great and a full-length mirror would’ve helped a lot. My partner and I had a bit of a hard time getting ready since the only mirror is in the bathroom. The place still feels pretty new, like the utensils weren’t in a tray yet. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The area felt safe and it’s easy to get around, just a quick scooter ride to the main spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply put, AMAZING! First, Rodolfo is the consummate host, providing a very warm welcome and thorough explanation of his place and its history. Second, the location is incredible, central and short walking distance to so many stores, museums, and other sights. Finally, Rodolfo’s home is gorgeous. So very thoughtfully decorated, with each room having its own unique theme/aesthetic. It’s also huge. Lots of room for a group. I can’t wait to go back!

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

Our stay in Pitigliano was incredible! Check-in was super easy, and the host was extremely responsive and helpful—guiding us with parking, luggage, and making sure we felt right at home. They even recommended the BEST restaurant in town! After two weeks in Italy, I can confidently say this charming city had the best service, most welcoming staff, and hands down the most delicious food—those sausages were unforgettable! There was a bit of noise in the master bedroom since the wall connects to the restaurant next door, but thankfully the apartment had a second bedroom where we could place our light-sleeping toddler, and it worked out perfectly. Pitigliano is such a unique gem, and our stay made it even more memorable. Highly recommend!

This home is the perfect spot to enjoy Civita and the neighboring areas. The home is charming and has everything that you need. We loved our stay and would recommend Marco’s home to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Wir waren überwältigt von der Unterkunft. Ich habe noch nie in einer vergleichbaren Wohnung übernachtet. Der Whirlpool war himmlisch und das Dorf absolut bezaubernd. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung, die jeden Cent wert ist.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ronciglione liegt strategisch sehr günstig , die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt,ohne Autoverkehr, nachts sehr ruhig, morgens hört man nur das Vogelgezwitscher. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut modernisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mimma and Claudia’s property was a great find in Rome. It’s in a quiet part of Rome (Prati district)…away from the crowds. It’s close to the Ottoviano Metro station (5-10 min walk), which makes it very easy to get around Rome and it’s a short walk to the Vatican. The surrounding community and restaurants were full of locals, grocery store across the street from the property, local boutique stores in the area. A great location. As for the the property, it’s is very spacious we are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) - this property has 3 bedrooms - 1 with and en-suite bathroom (for the adults) and our boys each had their own bedroom and shared a bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning which was great. My wife and I used the outside terrace every night to enjoy drinks and talk about our day. The hosts have rightly earned the title of AirBnB Super-hosts. They were the most organized hosts we met on our trip…highly recommend this property for privacy but easy access to all of Rome.

Alessandro and Maya provided clear check in instructions and were very responsive to our questions. Their place is very bright, clean, and exactly as pictured. The apartment is in a secure gated building with a beautifully landscaped walkway from the street. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to have a cup of tea when we returned from exploring. Because the bedroom is upstairs, it was really nice having a half bath on the 1st floor. Although the neighborhood is not in the heart of the action, it felt safe and is walkable to restaurants, a grocery store, and pharmacy and convenient to get around by taxi or Uber. Despite some reviewers comments about the nearby zoo, we slept soundly and were never bothered by animal noises.

(로마 여행은 쉽지않지만 이 숙소때문에 편안한 여행이 기능했습니다.) 완벽하게 갖추어진 주방이라 요리하기도 좋았습니다. 3.친절하고 진정으로 게스트를 위하는 호스트 입니다. (여행중 중요한 팁 을 알려주었고, 그의 배려 때문에 여행이 너무 즐거웠습니다.) 마지막으로 즐거운 로마여행을 도와준 sandro에게 김사드립니다.!!

Daniela's Cozy Apartment exceeded our expectations- I would give it 10 stars if I could and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. When I hear cozy, I think comfortable but small. I would describe Daniella's apartment as spacious and luxurious! She has thought of everything from detergent for the wash machines, to extra pillows and blankets, to umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The wi-fi was super-fast and reliable. The air-conditioning was exceptional (mid-90s during our visit). We got the best sleep of our trip in the extremely comfortable beds, and the bedding was fabulous. Note that the wash machines in Europe are smaller than in the US and it takes a few hours to dry each load. The location was great as we felt very safe and there were many great food options close-by. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro station. Our 15-year-old son said that Daniela's apartment was his favorite part of our Italian vacation!

we had a great stay. The place was as described. It was very roomy and clean. Rome was very hot during our visit but the air conditioning worked great. Even on hot days we could spend some time comfortably in the afternoons with just a fan. The bathrooms were nicely updated and it was great to have a washing machine. Wifi worked great and neighborhood wasn't too noisy at night at all. Most places we wanted to see were walking distance. Would love to stay here again.

The place was in great condition and Federico was very helpful. Great location with lots to do.
