Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We had a very pleasant weekend with the family (14) in the Villa de Ludovic. A perfect place, all rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The spacious kitchen allowed us to meet and have a good time (small information: the television has an HDMI connection to be able to project family photos with an Apple TV). We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and its large sheltered table just in front of an impeccably maintained pool (9x5m). L'Escale au Soleil is a quiet and slightly shaded place with a petanque court that I recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful rental with magnificent views of the landscape. Didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities due to lack of time... but everything is there for a pleasant stay... I'd love to stay again.

The location and view from the apartment is stunning. Natasha and Pete were very friendly and helpful and communication was easy, as they live above the apartment. We were fortunate to arrive the day before Le Bar-sur-Loup’s Orange Festival, so enjoyed being part of the town, the festivities and the local people. For a stay in such a location, with many things to do within easy reach, we have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Very nice apartment as advertised, special mention for the shower room and high-end kitchen. Very quiet place overlooking the garden. Great location to visit Menton on foot or to use public transport to see the surroundings. Parking is a plus , we left our car there until the day of departure. Amelia is very responsive and always available. Menton is a beautiful city that makes you want to go back

The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. Close to many hiking trails.

We were very happy with the apartment. Marc and Laeti are very good hosts and always try to stay in contact with you and reply within minutes. The apartment lies in a quite neighborhood in a closed community, and is only a 5min drive away from the sea. The apartment was very clean and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we could think of. Once again, we thank Laeti and Marc for being wonderful hosts and can recommend this apartment very much!

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

It was a business trip but the place was so nice that I added a night to stay there with my wife. The location is great, the residence is clean and quiet. I will not hesitate to return with my family because the residence offers very friendly services (swimming pool, park for children, sports fields...) Thanks to Caroline for the welcome and her availability at all times!

Very charming and cozy accommodation, we had a pleasant stay and the residence is peaceful. The pools and other activities in the residence are very nice. Flore was very available and responsive. She even managed to find a crib for our baby. Thanks to her for her kindness.
