A brand-new studio (32m2) in a residential building (2022) with a parking and balcony, close to a direct bus to Geneva and Nyon and main road. Bed linen &towels provided. There is no separate bedroom. Fiber Internet. The apartment is 200m from bus #60/#61 to Geneva&Palexpo. Airport is 20 min by car, 40/55 by bus. Supermarkets Intermarché, Lidl (open 7/7 including Sunday), bakery Paul, pharmacy and several restaurants/pizzerias are 300m away. Only guests with real profile photos accepted.

Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. NOUS LOGEONS SUR PLACE ALORS INTERDICTION DE FETES et faire venir des inconnus pour la nuit. For the rest of the year, the municipal pool is a stone's throw away. Parking spaces are available nearby (within 100 m)
