E' composta da cucina-soggiorno, 2 belle camere, 2 bagni completi. A 50 mt. negozio di generi alimentari per le prime necessità, tabacchi, un bar-enoteca per colazioni e pranzi veloci, un ottimo ristorante a pochi passi dalla casa.
