Holiday rentals with a patio in Verona

Monica is a wonderful host. From the first moment she was attentive and gave us more facilities than we could imagine. His apartment is nice and cozy, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The fridge even had some supplies for our arrival, like water and snacks. The area is quiet and has supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. Monica also gave us excellent recommendations for eating both in the area and in the city centre. From the apartment, you can easily reach the centre of Verona by bus in about 15 minutes, or approximately 30 minutes on foot. We couldn't have chosen a better place to get to know Verona.

We loved staying with Elisabeth & Martin☺️! We would definitely come back. Always friendly, attentive and there was a cold bottle of rosé in the fridge to greet you👌! You can really relax there surrounded by vines and olive trees. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach Lake Garda (10 minutes by bike). There were also great routes from Martin, so we didn't have to drive directly along the road. Thank you for everything😊! - Johannes and Lisa

Giulia was a wonderful host. She was always available for my questions and helped me arrange a taxi service. I liked the space I rented a lot; it is located in a very central location where I felt safe. I was here for work and the washing machine was a great amenity.

We have enjoyed our stay. The place is small but cozy. It was super clean and everything seemed new. The patio is cute as well and nice to grab a coffee outside. The location is good there is like 20 minutes walk to the center wich we and our dog enjoyed. Also we got some recommendations for great restaurants with amazing italian food. Overall we had a great time and we are looking forward to returning.

Beautiful home in a great location. Very quiet in spite of proximity to busy Piazza. Short walk to Piazza Bra which had great eating and also the Arena and sightseeing bus. Supermarket close by. Large rooms comfortable and well equipped. A/C was wonderful. Lots of small added touches, like brochures on local activities, bathroom and kitchen amenities. Elevator made for easy entry with all our suitcases. Easy communication with host.

This apartment is even more beautiful than the photos shows, it's very modern and extremely well maintained, we enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

We enjoyed our stay in the very well-maintained apartments, with good facilities. Good, quiet location and the pretty village of Borghetto and surroundings is within walking distance. Anna, as a very friendly hostess, welcomed us warmly and recommended good restaurants and shopping. As a family with our adult children and their partners and two dogs, we enjoyed all three residential units Cesare, a pretty residential unit under the roof, Ludovico with two sleeping arrangements on the 1st floor and Viola on the ground floor, each with their own cooking facilities and bathrooms. I'd love to come back...!

Francesco was very welcoming, we had no problems. The room is identical to the photos, I thought there was no fridge but it was there with bottles of water and orange juice. Small biscuits and jams were provided for breakfast. Thank you Francesco :)

Very nice and impeccable place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Verona by car. Very responsive and available host. Don't hesitate to take a trip to Verona and the many vineyards nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicola's place. The space was outstanding and the view was a dream. The place is a little elevated and we recommend a car to go to Bardolino. Bardolino is also great with children and dog. It has a dog playground and lots of options for kids. The highlight was the little stroll.

We stayed at Francesco’s for 5 nights and loved his place, we felt right at home. Clean and very quiet and peaceful!We went on a tour of Verona with Francesco and we highly recommend doing that, he is so knowledgeable and we learned too much to list in this review! He is an extremely friendly and gracious host😊 There is a bus that takes you right into the heart of Verona, it is an 8-9min walk to the bus stop, super simple! Can’t wait to return!

Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

We felt comfortable in the apartment, which was high-quality and very clean. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Anna, who lives above the apartment, was always available and extremely nice. The house has 3 more apartments: 2 above this apartment and 1 to the right. The location of the house is quiet and the view of Lake Garda is really beautiful🤩. We had a relaxing week with a mix of cycling, boating and swimming in the lake. Thanks again for everything Elisa and Anna.

It is a beautiful home, equipped with everything you need to make for a fabulous vacation in Garda. The space is light and comfortable with great AC and comfortable beds. The location is the perfect jumping off point to explore all the adorable towns on Lake Garda. Pier Giuseppe was super responsive and offered great videos on everything having to do with the house. The photos online represent the house exactly with full amenities including a washer and even a dryer, which is rare in Europe. The only suggestion I would have is to add a coffee table in the living room, which is definitely a missing element to enjoy the space more. We would definitely rent this home again!

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.

Beatrice was the most welcoming host ever. It’s hard to say which thing was more impressive - Beatrice’s impeccable attention to detail, the unique architecture or the incredible view. If we could give a higher rating we would. Our plan was to travel more around Italy but opted out and stayed at Punta Dina. If we ever get back to the beautiful, mountainous Lake Garda, Beatrice’s Punta Dina will be the place for us!
