Cozy apartment five minutes walk from the Arena, ten from the Roman Theatre and close to all amenities. It's located in a quiet and strategic position, easily reachable (bus n61 from the train station) and outside the restricted traffic area, but really close to the city center. Rustico Bertel is a original country house of the 17th Century in original stone with an incredible view of all the Garda Lake. It is part of Tenuta Valle Verde that includes 12 ectars, paddocks for horses, woods, a path to the lake by foot. Inside Tenuta Valle Verde there is also the house of the owners, Martina and Nicola. Anyway the house has a lot of privacy.There is an outdoor hot tub.
