On the ground floor there is a manger, and on the first floor there is a barn and a drying room. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern comforts but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can dine by moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with the person you love.

Cascina della Contessa Small

Housed in a newly renovated 18th-century farmhouse, this cozy little nest combines original salvaged furnishings and modern touches. At the foot of the Alps and the ski slopes, located in the center of the village but surrounded by a large fenced private park, it offers shaded spaces to relax, a barbecue area and a bike shelter. Ideal for those who love nature, cycling or the mountains. Mondovì is 15 minutes away, Cuneo is 20 minutes away. The managers are passionate cycling guides of the area at your disposal!

Natursteinhaus Casa Vittoria

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

6 rooms with private bathroom in the room, living room and a large kitchen await you to give you the opportunity to experience unforgettable days. A stone's throw from the Langhe-Unesco Heritage, superlative food and wines await you. Ski slopes are very close! In the summer, hiking trails in the countryside or mountain biking trips start right outside the house. A sunny and very sweet valley will allow you to immerse yourself in nature not far from all the comforts of the city.

An oasis of peace surrounded by greenery where you can experience the quiet of the mountains. The house was renovated in 2024. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

Newly renovated studio apartment in a small village on the outskirts of Cuneo, near France. Quiet and bright, it is suitable for business trips and vacation trips. Equipped with advanced comforts, it is strategically located at the foot of the mountains, not far from the Ligurian Riviera and the Langhe. The main services are within walking distance, free street parking and shopping malls a few kilometers away. Third/fourth bed on request (futon in loft 193x62 cm).

It’s the perfect starting point to explore wineries, taste local delicacies, and hike along breathtaking trails. The house will be entirely at your disposal and features a private garden, terrace, ping-pong table, barbecue, and fireplace.

Via del Campo is the name we have given to our house: we welcome you to a bright and cosy space, where you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of the Alps and the tranquillity of the countryside. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.
