Holiday rentals with a patio in Verla

I stayed with my family at Manjul’s place for 2 nights. The location was great, near the beach ( 5min drive). The house was neat clean, caretaker was always there, and had all the required amenities. Also the pool was great. Thanks for hosting us, Manjul.

Есть все необходимое: стиральная машина, плита, посуда, холодильник, микроволновка, вентиляторы и кондиционер и тд. Есть балкон, очень уютно. Помимо этого, территория охраняется. На территории бассейн и маленький спортивный зал. Интернет 9/10. Хорошая скорость интернета, можно удаленно работать и смотреть фильмы. Однако, довольно часто выключали свет на 5 минут, это немного отвлекало, но к счастью в комплексе есть генератор. Хозяйка гостеприимная и отзывчивая, быстро реагировала на наши вопросы. Спасибо!

Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

The location is ideal for families looking for a private place close to beaches. It is more suited for someone who has a vehicle at their disposal as it a walk to main road. The kitchen is well equipped for breakfast and quick meals. I would recommend it.

The place looks as it is captured in the photos. The manager - Sushant was very responsive and helpful in finding the venue as well as checking-in. Vikram is a super host, accommodating and helpful. The house was very clean and an all amenities were functional without any complaints. Highly recommend this AirBnB for a convenient and relaxed stay.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Oryza by Koala in Goa and honestly, it felt like we were in Bali, not India! The space is stunning, every corner is so thoughtfully done, it was hard to stop taking pictures. The service was amazing too, super warm and helpful, and they even surprised us with the cutest little gift when we were leaving (such a sweet touch!). We had the best time and only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely coming back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Must visit home stay if you are near Pernem. It is spacious, well maintained and clean house with a touch of traditional vibes all around. Thanks to Ranjita for helping out with the of the dates. I had an amazing experience at this house in Bastora! The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The host Allison was very attentive and considerate of our needs. She responded to all queries quickly. The host made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The garden is full of trees and flowering plants. One hears birds chirping all day long. The pergola in front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee,reading or working. The river at the back added a unique and peaceful touch. A nice place to watch birds, and if you are lucky, also see the Otters! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
