Holiday rentals with a patio in Verghereto

Lovely apartment, located about 5 minutes from the train station, so easy to find. I had. to message the host about a query we had and I got a promp reply. Would definitely recommend this apartment if staying in Florence. Exceptionally clean and has good facilities.

The best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. If Marin’s apartment is available for your stay in Florence, snap it up. It’s an amazing spacious apartment in the ideal location, a block behind the Duomo. Because the apartment faces the interior courtyard of the building, there is absolutely no street noise whatsoever. The apartment was pristine, modern, extremely comfortable and well-appointed with extreme attention to detail. The washer (and Dryer!) came in very handy for our stay in Florence, the mid-point of our two week trip through Italy. Marin was extremely responsive and super helpful with recommendations. The ideal two bedroom apartment for our family of four (me, my wife and our two daughters ages 17 and 21). The upstairs bedroom (with its own full bathroom) was the perfect retreat for our daughters and the master bedroom downstairs was perfect for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were ultra modern, clean and relaxing. Apartment and host (Marin) are A+

The place is very quiet, the terrace is beautiful, which offers a relaxing view of the hilly surroundings. Well-stocked kitchen. Spacious bathroom. Overall the apartment is very comfortable. However, you have to have a car as it is in a very small fraction.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Carlo was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we always felt very safe. We would highly recommend this accommodation if traveling to Florence.

Our group of six had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s beautiful apartment. It was the perfect location to explore Florence from. Just steps from the Duomo, we were able to walk everywhere. Alessandro was so helpful with recommendations and was very flexible with our check in and check out times, which we so appreciated. We were very comfortable and loved the apartment! We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Alessandro!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We stayed at this apartment for three nights in April and it exactly matched the pictures. The accommodation is spacious, modernly equipped and the bed very comfortable. Particularly positive: The good connection by bus to the city center as well as the free parking directly at the accommodation. A small minus point was the weak ventilation – despite air conditioning it was quite damp in the room, so clothes were slightly clammy in the morning. The shower was missing shelves for shower gel and towel racks. Despite these little things, it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely come back and can recommend the accommodation.

I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Florence. The location was perfect—peaceful, private, and surrounded by stunning views that took my breath away, especially from the parking area. The villa itself was incredibly cozy and charming—so well maintained and full of character. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave. I’d live there if I could! The pool was a dream—relaxing, and the perfect spot to unwind with the Tuscan countryside all around you. Our host, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. You can tell he really cares about making guests feel at home. This place was everything I hoped for and more. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend!

A stone's throw from beautiful Siena, nice and spacious villa ground floor. Great spaces, beautiful bathrooms. Great general equipment (wine cellar!) but no cups or mugs. No oil or condiments ( salt). Very unfortunate especially in view of the general service. on the other hand coffee capsules in sufficient number. Almost perfect then!

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

The apartment is beautifully situated in the Tuscan landscape. Siena is easy to reach by car, about 10 minutes. The apartment is nicely furnished, you feel very much at home. The terrace and garden were very nice. And the directions and check in with a very great description. We thank Anna for the beautiful stay in her pretty Tuscan hsus.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We stayed at Nicola's place for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. Very tastefully furnished apartment where you feel right at home and find everything you need. Very spacious well-kept property with beautiful views from your own terrace. The little creek nearby is beautiful and we went swimming there. In addition, Nicola is really very nice and the two cats always feel like cuddling ;)

The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view around the home was amazing between the vineyards and the hills. Gianluca is a very discreet host and was responsive to our requests. i recommend this listing

It was a great stay, the apartment was clean, large and comfortable, looks exactly like on the photos. Stunning view from the terrace. Location is also great: not so far from the Santa Maria del Fiore, we walked there and it took 20-25 mins. The host was very friendly and responsive. We didn’t face any problems during our stay. Highly recommended

The 2 big highlights of this place: the location because the bus line and tram to the center of Florence are on the street, and the calm. Really great for leaving the car in the private parking lot and discovering Florence. Check-in was very easy as Daniela really left the entry information for parking and the apartment. The place matches the photos, it is clean and the terrace is a bonus to be quiet!! Thank you Daniela

Antonio was the perfect host with his amazing condo along the river in Florence. Everything was as described. The views from the patio are to die for as you look across the river into the hillside, and you can see the Piazzele Michelangelo! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and there are some great restaurants near by. He also provided Ana amazing list of recommendations for food, gelato, sites, and more. 10/10, would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this beautiful city!

Stayed 3 nights in Florence and this apartment was beautiful! Great view of the city and so peaceful with a nice private patio area. Plenty of space for my partner and I as well, we felt right at home here! Downside: have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get to the apartment (still worth it!) and the ceiling in the kitchen is pretty low, bumped my head a few times. Despite this though, the stay was amazing and had pretty much everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

Panzano is a beautiful village and Kristen appartment is perfect to spend a couple of days exploring the surroundings.
